Top Law Schools

Has anyone applied to U of L? I applied in mid-December and haven't heard anything, but my status checker has said "Application File Under Review, 1/15/2014" for two weeks. The top of the page says "Your application is currently before the Admissions Committee."

Checking In. I applied early Jan and have the Application file under review 1/15/14 status as well.

Well, it's comforting to know that I'm not the only one in this position. I was really expecting to hear something this week. Good luck!

Come on, guys. I know some of you in the midwest or south have applied to Louisville. Spread your knowledge, please!

Received an e-mail with $ info the day after I was accepted.

I applied in early January and have been in review before the committee since 1/15 as well. I am hoping for some news by the end of next week. GL to all of you

Just got an acceptance email today but have yet to get anything on scholarships.

I'll send in a LOCI, and update my file, adding some work experience, I suppose. I'm also thinking of scheduling a campus visit. I've heard that Admissions Committees sometimes look favorably upon visits... Asides from that, I'm sort of lost. Louisville was one of my top choices, really need that in-state tuition. What's your plan?

I applied the beginning of December. It's been "complete/in review" since then. Don't fret yet.

I will just write a LOCI, maybe send in another LOR. I'm out of state and was honestly expecting some $$ so this is surprising. I don't know how worth it this is anymore since I shouldn't expect any $ at this point. My GPA is killing my app with them I suppose

Just accepted via email today. Applied 2/4 OOS. Got some money but was expecting more. May try and negotiate depending on my other offers. I really need instate in order to strongly consider.

Accepted today after being held for further review. No word on money yet, but it looks like those who received money DoD so in an email the day after acceptance, correct? I'd need a good amount of money to consider it.

Accepted today as well after being held for further review... The big drop in the rankings kind of worries me

App has been held since 2/24. Hopeful for an answer soon, already got accepted to one of my other choices.
