Hey all! Did not see a thread for Kent yet so just checking-in. IF there is a thread out there somewhere, apologies for my ignorance.

Anyone accepted/planning on attending? I was accepted a couple weeks ago with a pretty generous scholly, don't know if that changes things.

Can someone explain why this school is getting absolutely NO love? There are lower ranked schools in Chicago with more activity than this post. Yes... I did apply and get in here. I'm just curious as to know why schools like Loyola Chicago and DePaul (lower ranked) are getting more positive feedback than Chicago-Kent. And for everyone with the urge to compare Kent to U. Chicago, Northwestern, and even U. Illinois... I understand that they are not on that level already. No need to reiterate here. Thanks!

It is a sign of strength that there is not much of a Kent presence on this website. Knowing someone else's LSAT score has no effect on your application. It just feeds the imagination. Anita Alvarez went to Kent.

It will go to a "Final Review" stage where you can expect to get your decision within 2 weeks afterward, if I remember correctly. I got mine almost exactly 2 weeks after that Final Review notice via e-mail.

Awww, another douche decided to stop by and make an asinine comment in the Kent thread. You all just can't help yourselves, can you? If you don't like Kent, why belittle those who are considering it? You're not even offering anything constructive for not choosing Kent. Honestly, you might have a 170+ LSAT but you still need to get a life. :)
I thought I was endorsing Kent, not belittling it.

In review is right before the final review.

I got in as of yesterday.

Just curious... did you get scholarship information via the email or did it come in your admissions packet?

I have been "Complete- In Review" since January 21st, no change. When I spoke with someone at admissions over the phone they told me that a decision would be rendered soon, but that was two weeks ago. Should I call again? Any thoughts why this is taking so long?

Mine took about that long as well, I think a decision for you is probably on its way. I would give it this week before I called again.

I've been wondering the same thing...is it likely that you will be attending?
