They are aiming for around the same class size as last year. Also, I don't know when they started interviewing, but I know they were interviewing certain candidates in the last week of April.

Does interviewing select candidates suggest that these candidates are favored over other WLs?

I think UCLA is already accepting a few people off the waitlist judging by facebook, you can't go in unless you have been accepted. Unless these new people going in were already accepted a while ago but just made a facebook account..

Just had my interview with Paula Gluzman. Basically asked about why law school, why UCLA, addressing the LSAT score, and a few questions about me (I am a reverse splitter). I think it went well. She said the Adcomm would be accepting people as spaces become available around mid June (second deposit deadline). If you have more questions, please pm me.

Does anyone have any knowledge as to the chances an interviewer has of getting in off the wait list?

Do a vast majority get interviewed, or is this kind of the second stage?

A little suprised to see waitlist movement before 2nd deposite deadline. They didn't get enough depositers for the 1st deadline??

Early May: sent in new LOR, LOCI, and updated resume.

I did not unequivocally say I would accept a seat at UCLA because of financial considerations. Is it appropriate to say that you would unequivocally accept acceptance from UCLA if finances were considered? It's like an unequivocal acceptance.. with conditions, lol.

Their waitlist FAQs say one LOCI a month is adequate. Would you assume therefore that sending another one early June could be fruitful? I would very much like to communicate how serious I am about attending, as I do not think I did so (enough) in my May LOCI..

Also, I'd like to hear more about what UCLA does regarding interviews. Have people successfully gotten off the waitlist without having been invited for one, or is the interview an inkling of one's (albeit unofficial) ranking in the list?

Second interview request today. I'm guessing they are going to make decisions next week. UCLA isn't my first choice anymore but I'll still do the interview.

I had my interview just now. It lasted 20 mins. They ask why you want to go to law school and why UCLA. Admissions director said they would make decisions within 4 business days.
