In case anyone was wondering, spoke with admissions and they extended the deadline to april 15th. I must say though, extremely nice people. Probably the nicest admissions phone call experience I've had...which isn't saying much.

Any out of staters receive the tuition waiver yesterday? Is that considered their scholarship offer or am I being considered for more?

I got an email this afternoon giving me the Dean's Scholar scholarship. They say they have to know if I want it by April 16. Maybe there will be a bunch of movement after that date.

So a friend of mine just e-mailed me and said GSU extended their application deadline and sent me a screen shot of the e-mail... Is this normal when the school has a huge wait list??

I am so very happy with my decision to attend GSU, and I had a lot of other offers w/scholly...so yeah..GSU rocks!!! Would love to get to know you all.

Classes started this Monday. Orientation was last week.
