Chicago is $500 by 4/30 with the caveat: "Please note that some scholarship awards may have an earlier deadline and you will need to submit your response by that date."

For Berkeley, worth noting the June 3rd date: "Our response system will allow you either to commit to us immediately or to hold a place in our entering class until June 3, when we will ask you to make a final commitment."

You mean reimbursed if you decide to attend?

Michigan's is only $300 total if you are a summer starter, since you'll have already started classes by the time the second deposit is due.

The school will usually pay for your seat deposits. However, you must turn in a confirmation of commitment to the school by a certain date.
