I applied over a month ago and has yet to hear anything other than the initial email they sent me stating that my app was complete.

Yeah I think I remember seeing they don't review apps until after the new year. Only school out of 6 I applied to that didn't give me a status checker link so kinda in the dark with CSU admissions process.

I'll be applying here as well. Looking at part time with 156/ 3.28. Good luck guys!

I was accepted via email today, also. Can't wait to receive the $ info in the mail. Was hoping for that info in the email, but I guess I'll just have to be even more patient

Same here. I applied to the part time program. Anyone have any ideas on how Cleveland is relative to Toledo / Akron?

Anyone more familiar with the area than me have any tips on potentially good neighborhoods to live in?

I hear that the area directly surrounding CM-law is somewhat bad, dunno if that's true or not but I do know that downtown Cleveland isn't the best.

If I pick CM, I'll probably move somewhere within easy commuting distance, I currently live like 45 min away.

I know that a number of undergrads live in the Rocky River/Lakewood/Edgewater area. It's on the lake, a 5-15 minute drive to the school, with enough restaurants and bars within walking distance that you're not totally dependent on a car. Pretty cheap, too.

PM me if you want more info and I can ask around to some undergrads/alums I know who went there.

Received admissions mail today.

Accepted with $20,000 for 1L year. Can be renewed as long as I keep a 3.2 GPA.

Wtf. That stipulation is around top-third. Might have to talk some sense into these admissions people.

Got the same offer in the mail yesterday. It is marginally better than Akron though which has top 15% stip to keep the whole thing and 30% for half. I will see if I can get more from either school before decisions are due in April.

I applied late (not intentionally). Just submitted my application last week. I really wish I could have got it in sooner with that kind of LSAT score.

What do you guys think?

Nah, just trying to save some people from soul-crushing debt with zero employment prospects. I wish I would have had a 3.9. I would have given anything to have a 3.9

Sorry, mods, this was a carryover from the other forum, I'll leave now.

My practice tests were awful. I'm doubting my score will improve much. Also I was an undergrad at CSU, I love the school. There are a ton of successful (and happy) Marshall grads out there.

I'm a 3L at Notre Dame. One does not have to be from Cleveland to figure out how bad C-M's law school is.
