Christinf - thanks for your input. I can't imagine it's a good sign that it's happened but fingers crossed as well. I applied about 2 weeks ago so it hasn't been that long, but my application was fairly late in the cycle.
To be perfectly honest though I would be pretty surprised to not get in - above median for lsat/GPA and above 75 percentile for LSAT.

Anyway, who knows! Good luck with all of the ones you're waiting on!

Application received and file complete in November and again today 2/8. It seems that some people have different experiences, but does anyone know if there are a certain number of date changes before the decision is rendered?

Some people go complete just once before a decision is rendered so I don't think this is good haha

In Tuesday 2/12 with 27,500 scholly. 2.95 stip as well. Applied Jan 20th, complete 30th.

Anyone know how open they are to negotiating more money this early?

Also, I signed up for the scholarship dinner and the admitted students day March 8-9th. Kinda nice that they set up my flight and hotel for me and I didn't have to pay a dime. I'll take a free trip to Philly, plus it'll let me check out Temple on Sunday.

Accepted today via email & status checker. No scholly but didn't expect one with my numbers. Anyone going to the 3/23 accepted student's day? My email said if I go to it and then enroll, they will cover the cost of books for the 1st year. Pretty psyched!

yeah they will cover the 1st years cost of books. I wish I could go to the ASD but I'm a bit far away finishing up my undergrad. I was impressed with the first one in January though, it was awesome. Let us know how it goes.

How long does it take for Drexel to render a decision after going complete?

Also, for all of the admitted students, when are your 1st deposits due?

Depends on the applicant, but some people have seen some pretty fast turn arounds.

April 15th is the deposit due date.

It took me about two weeks after I went complete. From what I can tell though, there isn't a set timeline for when you should hear back so feel free to take my two weeks with a grain of salt. First Deposit is due April 15.

Question for scholarship recipients - is there a reception tonight before tomorrow's ASD. I remember RSVPing to one, but I haven't heard anything since. Did I dream this??

The reception is today (3/8) at 5.30 at City Hall. You weren't dreaming!

Yeah, its tonight. I decided on not going. Not sure what the reception is about OR what the purpose of it is. Like you said, Drexel hasn't provided a whole lot of information about it. All I received was an email saying something like Drexel students, alumni, and professors welcome you to the Law School. Isn't that what tomorrow's ASD is for? If I am going to leave work early and fight Friday traffic to get to center city, it better be something useful. Since it has taken Drexel so long to get back to me regarding basic questions I figured why bother.

I received my scholarship information with the email I received notifying me I was accepted into the law school. And also yes, my acceptance letter in the mail also included the same scholarship information.
