I would be incredibly disappointed if I don't get an increase on scholarship. While I am still considering other schools (even UNL, since I am interested in a political career in the distant future in Nebraska), I was so impressed by WUSTL, it would be very saddening to me to have to withdraw because I cannot afford it.

Me too man. No point in worrying too much about it though.

I'm not too worried. Everyone else seems to be having good fortune with negotiations (If I can lower that debt with interest down to the 100-110k range, that would be fantastic. Even 120k would be at least possible to bear.)

It's just...that national externship program. To be able to study there, and then have at least the opportunity to work in Nebraska over the summer or a semester...that's great.

I mean, I'd like to come back to Nebraska, it's just, I've lived here so very long, and I'm still fairly young, I'd like to just experience something new for a little while.

Lol I was being completely serious, I would never consider schools like UNN, W&L, or WUSTL if I had that much scholly from Texas. Especially since the OP doesn't really seem to care about geography

I'll be at the Hyatt by the Arch. It was pretty cheap and I figured it would be nice to be in that area for Thursday roaming around.
