If we collectively made a post/appointed someone, would a mod replace Meggy's with it? It's such a sad beginning to an epic thread.

I think that case could be made, actually. Sometimes they'll change the OP in cases like that.

If someone wants to PM me with the info they want in the OP, I would be happy to change it. I just don't have the time to create it on my own. I would also be more than happy to have someone else be changed to the OP if TLS allows it.

I hereby nominate dproduct. Dproduct, link to meggylou's post in the (frontseat) mod thread and ask to be replaced as OP. If they give you any trouble, tell them shntn approved it.

I thought about that, but I feel your passion might be more suited to posting than OPing. Are you sure you're up for the solemn duty?

Yes'm but I'm worried about what will happen if I do not get in. Could be bad...

Someone from this thread sent me a PM asking me about taking a year or two off. I posted a reply in their own thread, I'll link here in case anyone else is interested:

Wondering what people think about making a trip to STL before decisions are made. I have FF miles that I can use, but I'm wondering how good it'll do. I already did a phone interview and although I was told I can still do a face to face one if I visit, I want to see that if I actually get there it has an option to have some impact.

I doubt it can hurt, but I wouldn't spend your miles on it unless you're dying to visit (all admissions considerations aside) and can't hold off until later, hopefully for an ASD!
