It was probably an oversight or they haven't made a decision yet. I would call them and check in with them. They're all very understanding so I wouldn't worry too much about bugging them.
Good luck!

I interviewed too, with Sam Kwak, and he told me to expect scholarship information in 7-10 days. Two weeks passed and he never got back to me, so I emailed him to ask, and he finally responded a couple days later with a scholarship. FWIW, it was the highest amount in the range that they told me I was interviewing for, but still less than the offers from higher ranked schools that I have, which they knew about because Sam asked me to send them to him. Also, people with similar or lower numbers than mine were offered the same amount without having to interview, so I really don't know what the point of the interview was. Tried to negotiate and was swiftly shut down.

ETA: Wait sorry, I think the initial email said I was chosen to interview for a scholarship award that ranged from 30k-75k, and they gave me 90. Still though, it seems like only a handful of people were chosen to interview, and they didn't get any more (sometimes even less) money than the people who weren't. Sort of off-putting. Glad I didn't drive all the way up to Chicago for the interview like they requested in the email.

Probably a subtle way of yield protecting.

I asked for a scholly so they told me to send them my offers from other schools. Any idea how long it'll take them to get back to me with an answer?

OK. I got $15,000 from #15 UT total, $48,000 from #19 UMN total, $54,000 from #23 Emory total, and #26 Iowa gave me a full ride.

Indiana gave me $120,000 total. Do you think I can negotiate a full ride (basically $27,000 more)? What do you guys think?

You can try. They are pretty receptive when it comes to negotiating, and you have a nice offer from Iowa to compare it too. The full $27,000 may be too much to ask for, but it doesn't hurt to ask. They are super friendly.

The FB group has turned into the equivalent of apartment hunting on Craigslist.

LOL I know, I love the girl who "reposted" right after 2 other people knocked her off the page.

I really wanna be like "ok I'm looking for a place does anyone know of any?" then have them negotiate prices. Like law schools

The only one I've appreciated and actually read through was the most recent one. At least that guy was entertaining about it.

Hey everyone,

Congrats to those of you who have already been admitted! I am currently a 2L at Indiana and would like to invite those of you who are planning on attending Spring Law Day to join in a Maurer tradition: Friday afternoon kickball!

Rides will be provided from and to your hotel, with pickup time around 3:30pm and drop-off shortly after the games, which I expect to end around 6pm. I highly encourage everyone to attend. This event is always tons of fun and it will be a great way to meet current law students in a relaxed atmosphere. There is never a requirement to play; mingling is an acceptable alternative.

If you are interested in attending and would like transportation, please contact me at robbinsd@indiana.edu (subject line: SLD Kickball) and be sure to check out the Facebook event page for more information: http://www.facebook.com/events/505397542856163/

I hope to see you there! This is going to be fun!

Best,
Dave Robbins

P.S. I apologize about all of the posts about apartments on your FB page. I swear most of us have more to offer than just a place to stay in the summer. Most of us...

If I end up withdrawing from IUB, I will cite their admitted students facebook page turning into a classified ads section of craigslist as the reason.

I'm SO tempted to post a "Hey I'm gonna be a 1L, does ANYONE know of a place to live next year?" type post.

I know, guess my poor ass is going to have to go shopping. No, jk, I can't afford it. Guess I'm going to have to get creative. Also, I'm cold and can't find a cheap jacket in California.

Unless you have a full scholarship, don't go to IU. In fact, don't go to law school at all. It's not worth it.

Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.
