Didn't see one of these yet so I thought I'd get it started. Sent in my application on Nov. 4th! 3.65, 162. Really hoping for a little $

Yeah I got that to. They could at least write that it's from Lewis and Clark and not the admissions office at Lewis and clarkbobbypin wrote:Receiving the big envelope with the lookbook is cruel, L&C. My heart was pounding when I opened the envelope. Only to be crushed when I read the letter. Sigh.
Ditto. The top of my status check page says: "A final decision has been made on your application. You will receive the decision either via email or USPS mail. Because a decision has been made, there is no longer a need to check your application status and this the final announcement that will be made on this online status check page.BlazersTime wrote:Updated for the second time (12/13)
Woah. Thank you for saying something. I just realized mine says that too! Any idea how long it will take to get a decision? Do L & C decisions usually come via email or snail mail?glaciate wrote:Ditto. The top of my status check page says: "A final decision has been made on your application. Please make sure emails from us are not directed to your spam or junk mail folders. If your email, mailing address, phone or other contact information has changed from what you put on your application, please email lawadmss@lclark.edu to give us an update if you haven't already."
Yeah, I didn't notice it at first either lol. I'm not actually sure. Last year, according to the 2011-2012 L&C thread on here, they accepted people via phone calls and then sent them an admissions packet in the mail. They may not be doing that this year or they may be waiting to call the people who got accepted tomorrow since they didn't update the status checker until the end of the day today. I would assume if they do both email and mail decisions that emails would be rejections and USPS mail would be acceptances, but you never know.BlazersTime wrote:Woah. Thank you for saying something. I think mail=acceptance, email=ding or WL is a fair assumptionglaciate wrote:Yeah, I didn't notice it at first either lol. I'm not actually sure. I just got the email too, and no update since first complete 11/06doppelganger wrote:Just received an email about financial aid, although I haven't received an acceptance or an update. The language is very misleading

Anyone else? No update since first complete @ 10/22
Same here. Seems to be an advertisement to help sway you to choose Lewis and Clark if, and when, they offer you admission. Kind of misleading when glancing through your email thoughnolabreeze wrote:I just got the email too, and no update since first complete 11/06doppelganger wrote:Just received an email about financial aid, although I haven't received an acceptance or an update.
