Attaching Document question.

When attaching the documents to the application do you all title the document on the document itself? For example, placing addendum at the top of your addendum.

Yes, put your name, LSAC number, and a label such as "Character and Fitness Addendum for X Law School" or "Personal Statement for Y Law School" on each page in the header. Number pages of things that are multiple pages (1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc.).

Basically, you want them to be able to instantly restore a page to your folder if it falls on the floor. Don't take any chance of mixups.

No. It is just something that makes the adcomms job easier.
