I am contacting you today to provide a brief update on the status of the Fall 2013 UCI Law wait list pool and what it means for you moving forward. We currently do not anticipate having to go to our wait list for this coming fall’s class.

If you haven't gotten a reject letter yet (as it looks like some have), that means you're still on their short list I believe.
