Professor Gerhart (former dean of Case Western) is teaching 1L property at the University of Texas. As he just started teaching here, no one has an outline for his class so I was wondering if any of you Case Western Alums could find it in you heart to share an outline you might have made for his class.

If anyone has an outline they wouldn't mind sharing, please send a copy as an attachment to REDACTED BY MODS
