After going through three updates of "2nd Committee Read," I've finally gotten in. I went from confident, to quietly nervous, to full emotional breakdown during the 1+ month of 2nd Committee Read. Hopefully I'm still in for the 120k being thrown around for some students. My numbers match up and I did apply in December but I'm worried that my relatively late-ish acceptance will ultimately prove detrimental to my interests.

The PW being "Trojans" for our Admitted Students Portal was a nice touch though.

Will they be offering more 120ks to those accepted in 2nd wave? We don't know yet.

Out of curiosity (and boredom), are there any tangible differences between getting a decision from 1st read as compared to 2nd read? Does making it to 2nd read mean anything in particular (such as a greater chance of making the WL) or is it standard procedure?

Edit: after re-reading the exact spot I sent you to, I want to correct myself. Not everyone goes to the second read but, according to the verbiage, 2nd read doesn't not signal positive or negative.

Oh, when can we expect to receive the "we got your attempt to apply for the Rothman scholarship but you're not good enough" letter? I'm assuming the 4 finalist have already been chosen so are we just gonna get the cold shoulder for those who didn't get that far?

Clearly I was just admitted today only so that they could turn around and offer me the Rothman tomorrow. It all makes sense now.

Anyone figure out how to change the password yet?
