Could be wrong but I don't think any Rothman invitees have been accepted yet. Wouldn't worry about it if I were you.ashockofpink wrote:Still complete as of 11/12 ><

I stand corrected. I saw a lot of people wondering/complaining about being invited but no acceptance the day of. Didn't remember anyone saying they were both invited and accepted. Apologies.helix23 wrote:WrongBigZuck wrote:Could be wrong but I don't think any Rothman invitees have been accepted yet. Still wouldn't worry about it. We are still super early in USC's timeline.

And thank you bigzuck. Judging off of LSN I don't think it'd be unreasonable to get accepted. It's simply lack of movement that makes me feel sad haha.

You should have gone to a UC school. the grade inflation there is huge compared to USC. A 3.4 at USC is like 3.8 at UC schools. and I suspect you will get in.learntolift wrote:177 on lsat, 3.4 gpa, and went to usc undergrad, haven't heard a word

I meant no disrespect, I just mentioned that the Rothman was unlikely with those stats but you will get in. I think the Rothman is reserved for someone who gets into a top ten school.

Not sure which of the UCs you're referring to, but definitely not true at Berkeley.zman wrote:You should have gone to a UC school. the grade inflation there is huge compared to USC. A 3.4 at USC is like 3.8 at UC schools. and I suspect you will get in.

Not true at UCLA either. In fact, quite the opposite. Most GE classes offer a limited amount of A's... many departments do not offer A+'s (Poly Sci comes to mind).andy261 wrote:Not sure which of the UCs you're referring to, but definitely not true at Berkeley.zman wrote:You should have gone to a UC school. the grade inflation there is huge compared to USC. Re: USC c/o 2016 Applicants
Did anyone else get a "make sure to apply" email today? Freaked me out because I thought it may be a decision when I first saw "usc gould school of law" in the from line. Makes me tempted to call them and make sure that they realize I sent in an app (but, I probably won't).

I really hope so because grade inflation at Marshall is rampant. Classes are all curved to a B+.BigZuck wrote:I'm guessing zman's green smiley face is key here guys.

Has anyone else received their acceptance packet yet? I got mine in the mail today, but there is no mention of a scholarship offer. I'm at or above both 75th percentiles, so I was kind of expecting something. Should I worry or is scholarship info coming later?

3.56/166 checking in. Long shot, but hopefully commiserating with others will still help!
heard that USC is really slow with decisions. complete only as of 12/2, looks like i'll have to wait until april for my rejection.
