Final Decision Reached Notice Issued today. Seat deposit trick didn't work How long does it take to get the letter? (I'm probably wait listed or rejected)

What're your #'s? I got dinged last cycle, and the rejection e-mail came the same day as the status change. If they're doing the same thing this cycle, you should have already gotten an e-mail if you were dinged.

Also, like I said above, the seat deposit trick didn't work for me until about 4 days after my status changed to FDR. They probably take a while to actually put the names and ID #'s in the system.

Internship at US Attorney's Office
Letters of Rec from two accounting professors, US Attorney (from internship), Chief of Police Clearwater (related to internship)......(not that any of this matters lol)

This makes me feel real good haha. But you have the Macc degree. I'm getting that too for a joint degree. But does anything think about a mixed batch?

I'm pulling for you, but that LSAT is gonna make it tough. I applied with the same LSAT last year and got dinged. My GPA was much lower, though, so maybe you'll sneak through. 25% of the class has an LSAT lower than 160, so you could be one of them. Good luck!

True, not that I know of. I'm just guessing based off of how last cycle worked out for me. I remember when I got dinged, my status changed, and like 30 minutes later the same day, I got the e-mail.

I'm a pretty pessimistic person. I think I fail ever test I take, I always think worse case so I don't get disappointed. But I pray to god your right.

According to LSN there has only been one rejection so far, so hopefully everyone will receive good news shortly (myself included).

The status checker now says on the mailing list that a decision is in transit. That is good!! Cause if it was an email we would of gotten it. And I find it funny how we are all like well maybe we got rejected and second guessing our self and slaww has more faith in is than we have in ourselves. Haha

Haha, it's a lot easier once you're in. Before I was admitted, I was anxiously fretting about when/if I'd get in. At least you know it's out of your hands now. If you have the willpower, I'd recommend not even trying the seat deposit trick, and just waiting for the letter. I did not have the willpower, but it's more epic when you get the letter, haha. It comes in a big envelop, btw.

To any current UF Law students: what's the deal with tuition increases? How much is it expected to increase yearly? I heard someone say they were going to cap it at 21k, but I don't know how reliable that info is.

I know I won't have the patience to wait for the letter . . . I just wish they'd call </3 This admissions process is killing me especially since I applied late and don't really have numbers that "pop".
