Mine still isn't here, but that is definitely comforting news! I'm a little shocked they didn't email us the day after like they did with the first round...AMW2016 wrote:Decision rendered on Tuesday (1/8), acceptance package in today's post.ks2499 wrote:So I guess we'll have to wait until at least tomorrow to get the results of "decision rendered"

Nothing yet either, but I wouldn't expect anything in the mail since I live in the tip of America's wang.ks2499 wrote:Mine still isn't here, but that is definitely comforting news! I'm a little shocked they didn't email us the day after like they did with the first round...AMW2016 wrote:

Re: BC 2012-2013 Applicants
At the top of status check it says:
"A decision has been made on your application to Boston College Law School by the Admissions Committee. A decision letter will be mailed via U.S. Postal Service within 3 days from the Decision Status Date and will be sent to your PERMANENT address. If a decision is made after January 15, 2013, the Decision letter was mailed to your current address."
Anyone have a clue?
For what it's worth, BC is my absolute first choice.

Mine said that and it was a hold. I was so mad. A hold can hardly be called a decision BC!!!!skri65 wrote:Decision rendered. I haven't gotten an email and I have no idea what to expect. I was put on hold in December and back under review a couple days ago. Terrified.

Yah, well I was already on hold, so I can't be put on hold again. Has everyone who has gotten in since after the holidays gotten in via email? Similarly, have rejections/waitlists been via email or mail (I know holds have been via email)danitt wrote:Mine said that and it was a hold. I was so mad. I think you're going to have to wait for the letter to arrive in the mail, unfortunately. I should get mine today - will let you know how it turns out. Someone else said they already got their packet and it turned out to be an acceptance, so at this point, I'm choosing to look at it as a positive sign that I haven't been emailed with a WL or rejection...skri65 wrote:Yah, well I was already on hold, so I can't be put on hold again. Goddamn it! Why are they making me wait!? Also, CONGRATS!skri65 wrote:I GOT IN!!! It is my top choice. I took the LSAT four times for this, worked a lot for it...it didn't come naturally for me. Almost want to cry. Best of luck, all.
164/3.6, submitted early November, held in December, received decision via email today. For what it is worth, I sent a LOCI and I visited them in person.

Two years ago I had a 157 and rejected from UCONN Part Time program. I took the LSAT two more times, got a second degree in CS, and now am in my top choice school. Almost want to cry. Best of luck, all.

I was admitted in December with a 3.3/165.

I got in during the first wave of acceptances with almost exactly the same numbers. I'm also URM with 5 years WE if that helps. Good luck!JesusChrist wrote:Can I get y'all's opinion on how BC might look at a 3.3/166? Am I basically a coin flip with that GPA? I've heard the Boston schools favor a higher GPA over a higher LSAT.
