Every school I've dropped has either asked what school I chose, or asked me to complete a survey. Sometimes both. It's normal.

Yes, they just do it to gather data

Does anyone's Status Checker reflect them being on the WL yet - like it says that or a date change since sending in the Waitlist response form? I sent in my confirmation letter the day i received it and it still says the decision rendered date - about 2 months ago. I'm just curious if i need to check with them or not.

If I sent in a scholarship reconsideration email two weeks ago and never received a response, would it be weird to email again?

Not weird at all. It may take them a while to get back to you, so you may have to deposit and wait it out.

Withdrawn, so someone on the waiting list will probably be getting a spot. Good luck! :D

Good luck to you too. Bu and Bc are the only schools I have applied to (WL at both) and looks like you were in at both. Where are you going to go?

Also, careful how you phrase things. Getting "stiffed" can be construed to imply you are entitled to a scholarship. I don't know what your numbers are, but it's simply not true.

Haha yeah I was just joking around although I am a bit surprised that I got no money whatsoever. Seriously doubt they'd send that money this way. BC's got no love for me hence why I'm looking for a hot girlfriend atm. :P

I got a call on Tuesday from someone who said I was in if I still wanted to go, I had deposited at BU on Monday and told them I wished they had called a day earlier and the guy said something in the order of how they have been waiting to make decisions on the waitlist. Good luck!

Just got the call. In off the waitlist. 3.63/164. Won't be notified of any $ until next week.

18k/year. God damn it. I already deposited at Fordham with 15k/year. This complicates things

Dude you should be pumped. In my cycle a 164/3.6 wouldn't have even gotten in, much less get some cash. 18k is a lot. Fordham is mad expensive even with 15k.

Oh don't get me wrong, I am totally pumped. It's just that I was already geared up for Fordham. Now I have a pretty difficult decision to make.

Ahhh ok I got you. Do you want NY or MA? Although BC is portable to NY, it's still harder to get biglaw there than in Boston (if that's your goal). Fordham is really expensive and hard to justify without a huge scholarship.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
