Are these things coming by email?

Positive thoughts for all of you fellow 1/29'ers.
Is it okay to ask that people who are updating about decisions will add which program they applied to? (Reg/ED/AJD)

Thanks a bunch :D
Regular rolling JD.
Thanks! Looks like the AJDs would have to continue and wait.....

Wait, why do we have to wait? They come in waves.. it's possible we're getting decisions today in a later wave.. right?

I would imagine their database would track each login (at least that's how I would build it) and you can store, login dates, times, usernames, IP address. IP would likely be the least effective but it's possible.

Could be wrong but I don't think they have done more than one wave of admits on any given day.

We could but only the big people at NU know if it'll come today. I really hope so. My heart is getting weaker

Why would they do that? Now they have to maintain a database of logins... that's a lot of work not to mention that database will get large/expensive.

(I know it's not actually a lot of work- but we're talking about a system that crashes when a couple hundred of applicants try to check their status. Not very sophisticated stuff we're working with here.

Fair, I don't understand why they don't invest in a high quality db.

It doesn't have to be a lot of work, or all that expensive, or even require a lot of maintenance. But yeah, their system as they have it now is not...the best.

Sigh...still complete, since 12/26. I think a WL is coming. I sent in a Why Northwestern two days ago. They didn't acknowledge receiving it though. Probably too little too late.

I was held and sent a LOCI yesterday (as per the held letter), and they haven't responded to me, either. I think they're just busy.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
