I emailed them a more complicated question on Friday night, so that explains why I haven't heard back yet. Those dates just aren't happening for me, unfortunately. My raging case of the poor doesn't leave a lot of room for multiple plane tickets. :/
I hope y'all have fun though!

That's ok! Didn't mean to be too woe is me. I'll be perfectly fine once my new job starts, but right now is just a bad time with deposits, bills, and a job switch all coming at the same time. Either way, I'll be in town sometime this summer :)

Me too! I need to go apartment hunting soon. But I plan to move to Cambridge around June/July-ish.

Posting this here since I know lotsa people who wrote 250s have stopped checking the Yale threads:

All now that cycles are over/basically over consider posting your Yale 250 in the thread on here. This is one of the few areas that TLS lacks in and we should do our part. For those who are staying on the WL at Yale I'll understand not doing so but for the rest of us, consider contributing to the community.

Any thoughts? Anyone on the same boat?
Same here, nothing. Complete early March...

Same here. I just think with the unfortunate events in Boston and the number apps admissions is running behind. I expect we will hear an answer by end of May. At least its a denial. Live another day. Does any one know how many admits HLS has given out? If any is going up in May and wants to grab coffee shoot me a private message. Good luck to all those still waiting.

I was recently offered an interview after being on the waitlist for a couple weeks.

I just have a question for those who have already done their Skype interview.

I clicked the iBook thing from the link, and it appears that I can literally choose any date, even late May or possibly June.
Is there any guideline as to when I should choose a date? (for example, at least before two weeks' time since being offered an interview).

They've already given out 500+ admissions so there are comparatively, very few left. If I were you, I'd interview as early as possible so you get facetime before they give out even more decisions. The clock is your enemy here

I wouldn't wait until the end of May or June. If I were you, I'd give myself a week to prepare/research, practice questions, make sure you don't look/sound weird on Skype (especially this) and have the interview sometime next week. My guess is that with the upcoming deposit deadline, they may pull from the waitlist and it would be to your advantage to have your interview done as soon as possible in case that happens.

thanks trojandave and bosmer88 for your responses!
I took you guys' advice and signed up for the earliest spot...though I would have less time for preparation, I think it would be worth it!

I just got offered an interview as well. My problem is that I'm backpacking through a developing country so I'm never 100% sure if I'll have Internet. Not to mention that I will look like a hobo and there will likely be a rooster crowing in the background if I can get Skype to work. $&@#%

Here's what I heard:
My interview couldn't have come at a better time. I'm doing something crazy interesting right now, so we'll have plenty to talk about. Also, I don't have a suit, so I'm totally gonna do it in a dirty T while surrounded by the interesting thing I'm doing. Even if Skype doesn't work, I'll be 1 of 10 interviews she remembers from this cycle.
Goodluck!

I have a feeling that tomorrow is D-Day for those who haven't hear anything yet including myself.

Well put.
Thanks guys <3. I feel much better now. I'm excited to get a shot to interview so even if it doesn't go perfectly or come to anything I'm proud to have made it this far. :)

Now I really need to brush up on my interviewing skills and look into what they'll ask me. I'm so out of the game at this point.

Does anyone have an interview scheduled for tomorrow that has not yet been confirmed by the office? Trying to gauge whether this is the norm or not...

Send them an email. Hopefully the confirmation just got lost, but this is definitely something that warrants contacting them.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
