I'd fight you to the death over this, but I don't want to lose track of the topic. Just know you made an enemy today. If I see you in Charlottesville, or any other town for that matter, only one of us walks away.

Hint on which: Only one of us has picwhored. You will never see me coming

But back to submitted, complete and ED decisions everyone.

I will be visiting campus next week!

If you have to go north on 81 to get back home, I've got the perfect place for you to stop at for a beer and a burger

Submitted this morning! Somewhat of a long shot. I think I'll retake in December, so that might help.

May I ask who called you? Jason Dugas? Is it simple conversation or did you need to know something about UVA?

Thanks! I spoke to Cordell Faulk. It was funny, I actually saw an email from him in my inbox and was thinking "shit," because I thought e-mail = rejection. But the email just said to call him (this could be because I am currently abroad so he maybe didn't know how to properly reach me). So I called and we chatted for maybe 3 minutes total, all very very casual and you don't need to know anything about UVA. He just asked if I'd like to spend the next 3 years in Charlottesville, I got super duper excited and said yes!!! and then he just spoke for maybe a minute on the next steps (mailing the acceptance package, sending deposit, etc). That was it. Quick and painless. Good luck!

Just a heads up to RD folks. Anne Richard said a couple of weeks ago at a law fair that they were planning on releasing RD decisions beginning in December. She may be hedging against any hiccups in November just in case, or they may actually be pushing it back a month from last year.

Hey everyone! Got a fee waiver to UVA, did some research, and applied a few days ago. Looking forward to hearing back from them.

How long did it take to show complete on the status checker if you sent everything at once (letters of rec etc etc)?

My status checker had a message saying my app was complete and under consideration the day that I received it. I got my status checker the morning after the night I sent my app.

It is in his profile....ED 164/3.9. Curious if that was a high/mid 3.9 or not, if it was this is surprising.....

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
