Getting offers after withdrawing...?

Anyone else getting emails and or phone calls from schools you withdrew from months ago!?

Yesterday and today I have been contacted by schools I withdrew from back in April and early May. Just seems a bit weird to me. I was called by Indiana and received emails from Denver and Maryland.... I still have the original emails I received from them thanking me for contacting them in regards to my withdrawal....(sp?)

Why would they do this? Are they that hard up or are their admin offices just unorganized?

They are very hard up this year. ASU recently sent emails to almost all withdrawn students offering them more scholarship money if they would reconsider.

My theory is that this might be the year we have the perfect storm.

1. Applications are down around 20%
2. Even those applying aren't necessarily going to go to law school.
3. The ABA and LSAC are starting to crack down on Grade and GPA fraud.
4. It is now more difficult to fabricate numbers for the US News Rankings

Maybe they could do a better job than I can.
