Which schools use their waitlists?

I've heard various comments about how some schools use their waitlists and some don't. I searched through the forum and haven't found a thread where they are compared. So in TLS wisdom, which t15 schools use their waitlists more and which traditionally don't let many people in off of the waitlist?
