Prob not every one. You were deferred. Your odds of getting in now are quite low so I'd treat it like a deny, and adapt. Don't sweat it. If it's a top one then there are others, and while QOL changes, it is not like any of these top 14 schools put you in the projects or cultureless funless places. I got rejected by a school or two or twenty, but in the end all it takes is 1 acceptance to a great school.
