Yea... I did. I figure... what's $28 more after spending all that money on apps.
I guess if you aren't expecting to get grant funding you don't have to fill it out (like if you're pretty well off). If you read the e-mail it says you won't be considered for grants, but from my understanding that's different than something like the FAFSA which are student loans.

Did the NeedAccess thing...that was painful, and paypal charged me twice.
NA's customer service is quick but pretty far from helpful.
Kinda felt like NA could be done just as reliably in a ~5 question survey.
