When you submit your application there will be a prompt to attach files!!!!

But there's no "attach your addendum" section... only "attach your diversity statement".....

Under attachments. Attach addenda as necessary and according to the prompt.
Pre-emptive strike: You can attach addenda to your personal statement before you upload it. In the "additional statement section", you can attach numerous addenda. Combine various addenda as necessary into one file and upload it. You'll have a chance to see how it all looks before you submit. Label appropriately, they'll sort it out.
