So I just got an email from Cornell telling me that I forgot to attach my Diversity Statement, and so they were asking for it. My status checker says incomplete as of today, but they told me that they would change it as soon as I either sent them the statement or let them know I didn't have one.

I responded and sent it to them apologizing profusely, but now I'm totally freaked out that they're going to hold this against me big time.

You'll probably be just fine. Last cycle a school emailed me back asking the same sort of thing and I was still accepted with $$$.

Don't worry, you'll be fine! I had to send them additional material, as well, and it was no big deal. They updated my status to complete the next day.

Yes, second time for me. But last cycle my numbers were much lower than they are now so it's not as bad as you may think (well... so far it still sucks haha)

ofcourse, I always thought about it like this : if they were just going to reject me they probably wouldn't ask me to submit it to them.

could be completely false but it sounded good and turned out to appear correct

I really just spend all day alternating between TLS and Cornell's status checker, and now that I am out of school for a month, I have even more time to devote to it.

Thank god.

Haha, I'm in the same boat... Makes me feel like a complete loser at the end of each day, but I guess I've earned the right after working so hard for months on the LSAT. Right?
