No DLS here, UR since 11/7. I am starting to think that the alumni office really was punking my mom when they told her I'd been accepted.

They probably just haven't gotten to everyone yet. That means there's probably more to come!

My god I hope you are right. What's worse than getting dinged? Being told that you've been accepted, then getting dinged.

Just updated to Decision Letter Sent! I was still "Under Review" about an hour ago, so they're updating these in batches. I submitted early October.

Congrats to the others of you who've had decisions sent, and good luck to those of you waiting!!

Aaaaaand my spirits just came crashing down.

On the other hand, there are way too many DLSers with good stats for it to be all bad news, so worst case scenario, it's mixed.

edit: HP - that's what has happened in the past, but can we be sure they aren't switching thing sup this year? It's already been different in the fact that ED came out then almost a week later RD did. Who knows what they have up their sleeves...

.... Now I'm starting to freak out. I had the same t hing happen a few days back, and then two days later it said I was UR, that was after processing for almost a month though. Submitted early nov (like the 10th or something).

For any of you using LSATstatuschecker with the DLS today, did you all have this same thing happen? (Slight address change?)

sorry for my retardedness, but what is this? I remember the term being tossed around but don't remember any discussion.

edit: Aka is it the same status checker as the one we get directly from NYU?

Agreed. Even though I'm "legacy" (does that even matter in law school admissions?) I am also a non-URM splitter (well above 75th LSAT, below 25th GPA) and I was was very surprised by the acceptance "news."

NYU isn't going to waitlist 3.5/173+s this early in the cycle. There's just no way.
