Stuck between a rock and a wait list

Waitlisted at UCLA and I'm not shocked but I'm disappointed.
I have sent in a couple LOCI and spoken to the admissions dean about why I want to attend (reasons are very specific to their program).
At this point they probably know more about me than Experian, Equifax and TransUnion combined. So I'm thinking about a campus visit.
I think consensus here is that waitlisters should be aggressive but not annoying. What reason would I have for visiting if they know I already visited before applying and I have told them repeatedly that they are my top choice?
