Accepting Waitlist Offers

What is the general rule about accepting multiple waitlist offers? Let's say you're waitlisted at Schools A & B. You get accepted off the waitlist first to A, have 24 hours to commit, and commit. Let's say you then get off the waitlist a week later at School B, and that's your top choice school.
Are waitlist commitments binding in that you can't withdraw from School A in favor of School B? Does it depend on the school?

Just read what you sign. "Intend to enroll" =/= must enroll. But sometimes it will specify that you have to withdraw from all other schools. In that case, you must withdraw from all other schools if you sign it
