Post here if you've gotten in from the wait list and tell which school.

Georgetown has started pulling from their waitlist(s). I was pulled from the Preferred Waitlist on Friday.

Hmmmm... I wonder which schools have "preferred wait lists" and which are all the same. Anyone know?

So GT's application deadline was April 1st I take it? I am simply trying to get a sense of when schools with April 15th deadlines may start seeing movement (particularly GWU, which happens to have a similar class size in the same city).

Didn't happen to me, but I know that Texas Tech started pulling off of their WL on Friday.

W&M is definitely my first choice. Went there undergrad and loved it. Really want to head back.

I'd also love to go there or WUSTL. They are both my top choice. Unfortunately, I'm on the wait list at both currently :/

i spoke with admissions officers at wake and w&l friday about their waitlists. w&l won't start until after the 2nd deposit deadline which is june 1. after that, they're trying to "fill out the class". wake has had strong responses from accepted applicants so probably won't look at the WL until June as well.

i'm sitting on 5 waitlists right now, and hoping for some movement. maybe the georgetown movement mentioned above will have some tangible trickle-down effect for us.

Just got admitted to University of Wisconsin. Originally waitlisted 2/4. Sent LOCI 3/28.

Really hoping to get off the wait list at Fordham. Met with an admissions officer two weeks ago who told me that WL review would begin in April, after the first deposit deadline.
