Top Law Schools

I am on the waitlist at a school I visited earlier this week. Would it pay to write a short thank you email to the admissions officer who answered my questions? This school is still definitely among my top choices. Also, should I send a thank you to the professor whose class I visited?

I don't see how it can hurt and it helps reiterate your interest in the school. Go for it.

As for the professor, you can but I don't think it would help either way given they don't really participate in admissions decisions.
