Top Law Schools

So I am in the process of choosing my law school and making seat deposits.
THe choices are State School, and two other schools with scholly.
THe schollys makre the private schools the same cost as state school ( has a small scholly). Should I try to negotiate with the stae school- or let it ride as is. I know they dont have a lot of money so it may be pointless, but should I do it?

if i remember correctly the state school you are talking about is UB.. most theyll give is 5k/year
