I submitted LORs for the 2010 application cycle, however, I decided to wait until next year to apply. Should I ask for new LOR for the 2011 cycle?

No, not if you are satisfied with them. I believe LSAC saves them for 5 years so like the LSAT they do have an expiration date. Of course, you can continue to work on your profs to see if you can add LORs to your stockpile on LSAC up to the max of 4 or try to get better recs to replace the ones you have.
