Look, to anyone upset by this topic, I certainly apologize. BUT--- someone else suggested this on the other thread... and it was a good thought.

We have 18 pages of "+1's" and "doesn't Emory suck for not letting us know yesterday?" The purpose of this is an alternative for people who don't like receiving false alarm emails all day... especially at work, in meetings, etc, etc, etc... and who DO want to know when there is real news...

So, proposed ground rules... no "+1-ing," no whining... no venting nervous energy. Save it for the other thread... If you guys hate the idea, just let this thread die.

Yes. I proposed it for when we had an actual set of notifications.
Right now, there are no confirmed decisions.

This kind of stunt just pisses people off. Great job.

You should have let the first TLS person to receive an acceptance do this. I think when someone gets an acceptance they should put up a new Emory 2014 and we should ignore this one!

The four selected Woodruffs were supposed to be notified via phone today. I guess they would be the first four to get accepted.
