Last year's graphs had a lot more decision action this week than I have seen on this board. Any thoughts as to why this is? Anyone know if admissions offices are working tomorrow? (I kind of doubt this)

One theory is that the LSAT was a week later this year, pushing back decision dates a bit.

Hmmmm interesting theory... I wonder how many applications are on hold pending December LSAT score release.

I have a feeling a lot of the decisions made this week last year were people receiving letters that were sent before christmas

Where did the info from those graphs come from? Just curious, I would add my info for next year's applicants to look at if possible.

Those graphs were generated off of LSN data. Put up a profile and you should be included for next year.

Yea this is prob the case. People tend to put down the date they get letters than the actual decision date. LSN data is somewhat representative but it's a small sample and its accuracy can't really be determined.

How many schools informed only via mail last year? NYU I know did that, but I think some others who do either e-mail or phone notifications were more active during this week last year.
