Anybody applying at BYU? Were you accepted? Did they offer you any money?

Dean Hernandez called me for a phone interview today. He seems like a good guy. He said I was admitted. I didn't ask about scholarships. They will send an official paper acceptance in the mail. I'm guessing scholarship info will be included.

Same, but interviewed in person, congrats!

I am not Mormon, so they will not give me the gloriously low Mormon tuition rate.

I submitted app on December 17th. They emailed to schedule the phone interview on January 11th. We talked on my lunch break on January 13th. It was really brief (10 minutes or less) but very informative.

You could always apply and see if your offer letter includes a scholarship that makes up for the extra cost of tuition.

Applied 1/7 (Friday). Complete 1/10 (Monday). Email 1/18 for interview. Accepted 1/21 in person.

Only decision for my cycle thus far, but I've effectively ruled out half the schools I applied to because of my acceptance here!

Hey, for those of you who have been interviewed and accepted, would you mind spouting off some stats for me? Just your GPA and LSAT. I also applied to BYU, early december, but I have been under review since 1/12/2010. I just want to know if they are doing it by higher lsat scores first or what. If you wouldn't mind sharing, I would be very grateful. Thanks.

Jimmer for 40+ and Jackson for 6 3's.

In-person is obviously preferred so you can have a real, face-to-face conversation, but if that's not feasible then do the phone. Not sure on $$ yet since I haven't received the packet, but I know I at least have half tuition.

dead on for jimmer, jackson was asleep tonight though

one out of two ain't bad, it seemed like they didn't bother letting the other shooters find their rhythm because Jimmer took over pretty early and nobody else (except Davies) was hitting anything.

Incredible game. Jimmer makes your jaw drop very frequently. Let's go get that #2 seed for the Tourney....

Jackson wasn't asleep last night, Jimmer was just unstoppable. I am amazed anybody else got into double digits. That was an amazing game. Too bad the jazz couldnt win too.

I don't really remember honestly. It may have said something about being complete and being under review on the same line.

I have been "in review" since 1/12
