So you mean you've lived your entire life in this bureaucratic world of paperwork and have NEVER come across this dilemma?

I'd just select black and profit from the URM boost.

i've never been able to "check one or more" ...it's usually "select one" and that's it. which is the problem i'm running into...more options nowadays.

Select both. You are both, then select both. When you get down to the bottom of the appl, you generally are dating it stating that the information is 100% accurate, based on your knowledge. It allows for more than one option for your specific needs. Select both and then you won't have to worry about possible dishonesty issues, etc. Hope this helps and good luck on your apps.

No, the OP should select both because he/she is both and identifies as both. There will still be a boost.
