Any android phone users....
Who compulsively check their statuses?? I threw together an app on the appinventor that links to the status checkers of the T14 (minus Yale). It is posted at the link below.
Tried to automate the status checking but appinventor is just not capable enough to do that. Someone with Java skills want to take that on?

If you need info on how to install PM me.

Posted above. I hope that I am merely making it easy to be paranoid and compulsive rather than inspiring it.alive wrote:I'd love that app. Please share!

This is great. No bells and whistles, just links! Exactly what I needed--I was tired of searching my Gmail on my phone every time I felt like using the status checker!
By the way, there used to be an auto status checker website that regularly hit the LSAC status checker websites, and unfortunately it was shut down by the LSAC for pinging its servers too often. Just something to keep in mind if you decide to go ahead with the auto status checker app...

Yeah i knew that using a central server to ping LSAC was a no-no. But I was just going to have the application check the status pages in the background and populate a log/table. I have no experience and no great desire to learn the amount of Java needed to do that though, so I am content with what I posted.
Glad that it is useful to someone other than me.
