Yep! I was waitlisted but just admitted a few days ago. Also got an acceptance to McGeorge this week too but I'm going to SW over Mcgeorge

I got in to Santa Clara today! What should I do? I ultimately want to stay in LA but Santa Clara is ranked so much higher. Anyone have any thoughts?

If you're paying sticker for both it's a no brainer. Did either offer scholarship?

Santa Clara because SW's bar pass rate was a little on the low side.
But which school has the programs that better suit your needs? What are the employment rates for each school? I'd say those are some things to consider.

I would also add it depends on where you want to live and practice. If you really want to be in the LA area you'd be better off with SW as opposed to going to SC for a JD then going to LA to use it.

If you don't mind where you live the general consensus (if you're paying sticker) is to attend the better of the 2 school. IIRC Santa Clara is ranked like 40 spots higher than SW and the bar pass rates are miles apart.

Yeah ill definitely be in LA practicing so i dont think its worth gojng to scu and then coming back. Already around here no one even knows santa clara, but sw is established even if it is low ranked. That bar passage rate is shitty but im sure it will improve with the next class

Still in Review. Called a couple days ago and supposedly will have decisions out by the end of June. Has anyone heard anything else?

Started the SCALE program last week. Very intense but so worth it. I feel so proud to go to SW...they are going to be ranked much higher in the years to come. They are expanding and adding dorm rooms. I am very happy with my decision to go here and I'm sure all of you that pick SW will feel the same way. Good luck to all of you.

I've seen some people say that visiting the school helped them to get accepted/off of the wait-list. I was just wondering how this worked-did you talk to somebody specific about your situation, etc? Thanks.
