I know I am answering my own question but it just worked for me at the ASW.

Curious- for those who went, how was the ASW? I would have gone, but I got home from a flight at 3 am and there was no way I was walking up at 6 to get ready and go.

Yes I'd be interesting in knowing that too, I couldn't make it and I would be interested in hearing the impressions of people that went.

I wrote up a response. I have no idea where it went.

The short of it was: I hate these events but was very impressed. They seem to be very big on community and team work. I am happy that I got in and decided to go. I thought I would maybe consider transferring after first year but don't really feel that way anymore. I know it was one day but I got one of those goofy feelings telling me it was a good place. Any specifics, just ask

How was the campus facilities, and housing? Did they address safety concerns? How close by are the government and law offices?

Facilities are nice, typical college. The law buildings are all fairly new and there is a new moot court. New Rec Center. Campus also has 6500 undergrads.
Housing: No clue, I am looking for a place in Collingswood. If you are a normal guy and looking for a roommate, PM and we can talk. Its a nice suburb that is about 10 mins via PATCO to the campus.
Safety: Place was referred to as a Demilitarized Zone. The area itself is patrolled by four different police forces: DRPA, Rutgers, US Marshall and State Police. Camden doesn't have a large police force right now so they apparently are not around. You also have to realize that Camden is a desolate place, the areas around RU-Camden there are not many residents. All the bad stuff that happens or that makes the news is not around the campus.
Govt: Literally across the street, hence the US Marshall presence. Federal Court is right across the street. This is one of their proud achievements?/offerings. They have a great relationship and the Fed Court is pretty much all RU-Camden grads working there from Judges to the Clerks to the AUSA's.

Am I the only one who is still stuck in review? I've been complete since the beginning of December. I got all the emails about Dean's day and even got one with a big misleading CONGRATULATIONS on the subject line. :?:

I like to think of myself as superhuman but yeah pretty normal. Haven't decided on a school yet though.

You should probably call about that. I actually sent my app in fairly late and got a response within a week or two.

Complete since 11/9, and also got those same emails. Anyone been complete longer than me?

I've been complete since early December, but I have changed my application from PT to FT since then so I might not be a typical applicant at this point

Camden 1L here. If you weren't accepted yet, but got invited to Dean's Day you should have responded to those e-mails either signing up or letting them know you weren't planning on going.

If they were going to accept me, why didn't they just do it then? Doesn't make sense. I'm not going to attend a ASD without having been accepted.

I thought the same thing, but my email also indicated they would let me know before Dean's Day of a decision. I simply responded, said I would attend Dean's Day and then was accepted.

For me I am in at Widener, Nova and WL at Temple. So yea doesn't make sense at all. Widener was never a serious consideration, just did it to make myself feel better.

how much (and when are they due) are Rut-Camden's first and second tuition deposits? All I can find is a reference to "notifying them by April 15th"

Granted, I haven't looked much farther than the acceptance email and the school's website.

Doesn't make sense, maybe YP? I was well above both medians, closer to or at 75%. I'm deciding btwn Temple and Nova anyway, so good luck to all in here.
