Top Law Schools

Check your status checkers, because I just did randomly in class and it says "Congratulations you have been admitted!" as of 10/1. No email yet though.

OMG are you serious?!?! This is going to kill me! I'm obsessive with this as it is, now I'm really going to go crazy. I still say "complete". When did you apply?

I applied 9/1, got the status checker 9/14, I think it went complete like two days later, and today, decision! I was creeping on status checkers in class and nearly yelled out loud... I definitely wasn't expected any changes in any of them.

Congratulations!!!!! I got the checker and went complete about the same time as you, so crossing my fingers for a decision sometime soon . Hope the rest of your cycle goes just as well for you!

But seriously, HEP and I went through the gauntlet called Fordham Law admissions last year. It's a pain in the butt, but doable. Good luck and congrats to anyone who's already gotten in!

If last year was representative of the norm, you will get something in the mail in probably 1-2 weeks...at least that's how I remember it. Though this early, it may be sooner, but I wouldn't count on it.

Thanks guys (girls)! Unfortunately, although it may be some sort of help, last year's waiting room is more of a mind f than anything else. Kind of like LSN, most TLS topics, and the law school application process in general

I got in too! It's a bit odd that they don't send you an email. Thanks for the heads up. I would never have bothered to check since I applied only 7 days ago.

Wow Congrats to those admitted!!!.. I thought Duke was the only topish school that didnt screw with their applicants. Fordham is a ridiculously popular school on TLS. Either of you considering actually attending??

What they said. Rocky the Sqvirrel there has started a thread for any of you who want to ask questions about Fordham (or at least, a lowly 1L's experience at Fordham). Congrats to those who've been admitted and Hang In There to those waiting!

I can't say for certain, since this is my first year applying, but I'm pretty sure it was mostly an issue of long waits to get decisions.

for those who got admitted what were your numbers? i went complete on 9/30 and got my application checker info on 10/04. fingers crossed for a decision soon !

What's the general consensus for what numbers are needed?

Is Fordham on rolling admissions? Have any regular decision candidates received a final decision? thanks
