Waitlisted..........Retake LSAT in June?

Thoughts on retaking the LSAT in June to getoff the waitlist? Right now my highest score is a 158, but I am reasonably sure I can score in the 160-162 range, based on my practice test. Currently I'm in at the University of Baltimore w/8K a year but I REALLY want to get into University of Richmond, where I am waitlisted.

If you can get at or above 162 it would be worthwhile since Richmond's 75th is 162 and right now you're at their 25th. Going from T4 to T2 would be advantageous in general. Don't know much about that market though.

UB just went up to T3 in the new rankings. From what I understand U of R has a great rep in Richmond (where I want to live) and to some extent DC, but other then that it would be hard to get a job elsewhere.
