Maybe you should not be wishing death on anyone at Cornell considering their new found reputation as a "suicide school."

Oh. That is ridiculous.
Its all because of the increase in applications. Schools are just as confused as we are... they are trying to get the best students they can, but at the same time they realize that alot of students admitted will not attend. They are stalling for the same reason we are stalling to commit to any law schools - what if they find someone better who wants to attend/what if we recieve an acceptence from a higher ranked school?

...ya thats the first thing my uncle (a ND grad from 95) told me about Cornell - "they work their students to death; they have a really high suicide rate." He knew that almost 20 years ago, doubt things have changed...

I´m coming up close to 6th months. It is really unacceptable.
And no, there is nothing new about the Cornell suicide rep, I remember hearing that back in 99 when I went to undergrad. My mother said something to me about it on the phone the other day and I was like, yeah ma, that´s nothing new from what I understand.

I at least want the privelage of commiting suicide as an ivy league law school student at Cornell. What better way to die, eh? Besides auto-erotic fixation.

Cornell also sent mailings out to people around Feb. 1st telling them they were waiving the app deadline. They probably still have stuff coming in. hah.
