Is retaking a possibility? As much as it sucks (take it from me, as a multiple LSAT taker), if you can improve your score you will be in much better shape. I shudder to think where I would have ended up if I stuck with my other scores.

Retake. 158 is such an utter waste of a perfectly good GPA.

158(twice)/4.0 here. I think I've outperformed expectations so far thanks to decent softs and a mature application.

160/3.7 here ... and not retaking the lsat is probably one of my biggest regrets about the process.

You can get into some decent schools with that LSAT/GPA combination, but, for your sake, I hope you study up and retake. Even a 162 is a different ballpark and even the mighty T14 would open up for you if you hit the high 160s.

If nothing else, the investment in retaking could save you tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships that aren't available to a 158.
