Try Regent University or Baylor. Both are very open about things like that.

As much as I like to promote NYU - I'd argue against anything in NYC if you're a minority. Or if you chose NYC, be very smart. There is an epidemic of pat downs for no probable cause (mostly on minorities) that lead to pot charges. It's only a minor fine if you're caught but if they argue it was in public, you're boned.

I'd say any top school. I went to a top 10 for UG and everyone was on druqks, i'd imagin it's the same over at lawl skools.

haha i actually don't smoke pot but going to school in Michigan its considered the equivalent of U of I's "unofficial" and for some reason I missed that post, my bad
