I was a Rothman invitee, but I have had heard nothing about general merit scholarships or the Rothman since my original submission/confirmation.
There are some posts about this on the USC 2010 thread. I am in the same spot and have heard nothing. Apparently they are starting to release merit schols this week and full fin aid packages by the end of March. Fingers crossed :D

So, i just got my acceptance letter yesterday. I didn't see any specifics in it or on the admitted student site about how you apply for or receive scholarships. Are applications sent with a later package or are they just given out?
