Admitted Students Section-Indicator of admission?

So...after much discussion with my other law school applicants, many of us have realized that logging into (or attempting to log in) to the admitted students section may give applicants an idea of whether they have been admitted or not.

For example, on the Admissions page of Lewis and Clark, they require a name, e-mail that was used on the application, and birthday. While I haven't received my admissions decision via snail mail, my online applicant status has been updated and while I couldn't log into the admitted student section last week, I can now.

Is there anyone who has been put on the waitlist or rejected at Lewis and Clark been able to log into this section?

Anyone else testing this theory at other schools?

one of my buddies actually found out he got accepted to Michigan because he was able to log onto the admitted students section.

Don't generalize from this though.

Yeah, I'm not sure how it works at every school.

I think the most telling information would be if people who have been put on the waitlist/rejected from certain schools are then able to log into the admitted students section. Another important piece of information to look at would be students whose application they know is in review. If they can long into the admitted students section website, that will debunk the whole theory that only admitted students can. However, if pending students, waitlisted students, AND rejected students can all not log into the site, then it would seem to suggest that students who can log into the site have been admitted.

God this is starting to sound like an LSAT logical reasoning problem.....ughhhh
