Top Law Schools

Soooo quick question, because I am apparently dense haha I am in Oklahoma, and last week I sent in an updated copy of my transcript to include my fall grades. (I have yet to submit my applications). Now last time when I sent in my transcript for the first time it seemed like it took them forever to post the academic report, and I also got an email when they received my transcript.

However, this time around I just checked LSAC and it looks like they already have my new grades posted onto the report. Yet I haven't received an email, and it seems a lot faster then when I originally submitted my transcript for the first time. Is this correct? When you just update your transcript is it far quicker and less formal then when you originally send in your transcript?

I imagine the process is a lot faster because they only have to add one semester of data instead of 7.
